We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you receive your item and within 14 days you change your mind we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund of your purchase (excluding return postage costs).
How to return / exchange?
Before returning an order, please contact our customer service through support@rowingandco.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will advise you how to return the goods.
If you‘d like to exchange an item for a different size, please advise us of the replacement size required. Please note that exchanges are based on stock availability and may not always be available.
Items must be returned in original condition and back in their original packaging, we will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, soiled, altered, damaged or washed.
Once we receive your returned item and can confirm there is no damage or visible wear, your refund or exchange will be granted.
Please return the goods with the original invoice as proof of purchase. Return shipping must be a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Rowing & Co takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
Faulty goods:
We verify all our orders before shipping but if you find any damage please contact us and provide details:
*Goods damaged when the customer receives them.
*Goods show a manufacturing fault.
